On Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon we started tilling up the ground at Sherry's house to start a garden. Trey did an excellent job tilling the black clay dirt. He thinks we will have to re till again because the ground was so dry it tilled up in big clumps. I tried to till some of the dirt but Kennedy preferred me playing with her. We still haven't planted our seeds of : carrots, squash, spinach, corn, okra, bell peppers, and onions yet. However, our blueberry and raspberry bushes are starting to bloom.
While Trey tilled away, Kennedy swung and played in the yard. Kennedy likes to wear the pink A&M hat that Becky gave to me so we could match(hers was a pink T.U. one)running our first marathon together.
