Trey and I went out to Lago Vista to see our land. It was so great seeing Lake Travis almost full  after being in a drought for over 6 years.

I started putting my strawberry banana smoothies into popsicles because the kids love them. Here is Alexis eating hers up.

We participate in the annual Chisholm Trail Parade. Afterwards, we were invited to go swimming at the Zea's. Alexis loved attempting to climb the stairs. After our swimming, the girls went with the Gomillions to the carnival. They had such a great time. Kennedy was spotted holding Connors hand.

Alexis is so hilarious. She wants to do anything that we do. If you don't let her do it, when you turn your back she is trying to see if she can anyway.  She loves to carry buckets and try to water the garden. I was fixing one of her toys, and she picked the screwdriver up and tried to tighten the screw herself. Alexis also shakes her head yes now. I asked her if she wanted to watch Signing Time and she shakes her head up and down. She is saying "hot" and "dada". She likes to share her food with Curly too. Now, after watching me put food or snacks in Curly's bowl, she'll make him go to his bowl before he gets a piece of her treats. She also loves to walk Curly. She will grab his leach and expect you to hook him up so she can walk him. She will walk down the street or in the backyard. Her favorite is when we go in the running stroller and she gets to hold the leach. She's so sweet just typing this makes me miss the little girl.

                             This is a daily event at our house if there is food and water in Curly's bowl.

 

You might not want to eat our cooking right now. Everyone has there fingers in mouth in the cookies.

                         We volunteered out at Cota for the XGAMES. Overall had a great time.

 Trey took Kennedy's training wheels off her bike. She went down one street practicing her balancing and then she started pedaling. We ran into Clayton and he tried pushing her....off she went.  No more training wheels for her!

Mel and the boys came down to watch Alexis for me while I helped with the Booster Club garage sale. The girls had a great time. Later that evening, dad and Robin came for dinner for Father's day. It was a great weekend spending time with the family.   Trey came home on Father's day and spent the day with us. Here are some photos from the weekend and pictures of the girls gifts to him. Ashley and Brandon got married. The girls passed out cookies and Trey was a server of the grooms cake with Jeff. IT was hysterical watching them. They had a photo booth at the wedding and the girls really enjoyed themselves. Here are some of those photos.
