Saturday was filled with more family activities at dads house where Aunt Vickie and Uncle Donnie, Mel’s Family, Nanny and Papawa, Dad and Robin, and us all gathered to celebrate the Glover family Christmas. Mel made our great-grandmother’s recipe for a coconut cream pie, which turned out great! However, no one will ever be able to master Granny Olive’s cooking.We all received so many wonderful gifts from our family, but the best gift is being able to spend time together. One of the presents that Kennedy latched on to the most this day was a baby doll that she received. It cries, sucks on a bottle/pacifier, and says some words. When we got home she wouldn’t let go of the little doll, so they had to sleep together. We have yet to name her, but figure one day Kennedy will call her something besides Baby.
